§ 3. Załącznik - TW-1 : Tytuł wykonawczy stosowany w egzekucji należności pieniężnych (wzór) Na podstawie art. 26 § 2 ustawy z dnia 17 czerwca 1966 r. o postępowaniu egzekucyjnym w administracji (Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 599, z późn. zm.2)Zmiany tekstu jednolitego wymienionej ustawy zostały ogłoszone w Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 868, 1228, 1244, 1579, 1860 i 1948.) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Finansów z dnia 8 sierpnia 2016 r. w sprawie wzorów tytułów wykonawczych stosowanych w egzekucji administracyjnej (Dz. U. poz. 1305) załącznik nr 1 otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Wzór tytułu wykonawczego stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu dotychczasowym, może być stosowany nie dłużej niż przez 12 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia. Przepisu ust. 1 nie stosuje się do tytułu wykonawczego obejmującego należności celne, do których stosuje się stawkę odsetek, o której mowa w art. 114 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 952/2013 z dnia 9 października 2013 r. ustanawiającego unijny kodeks celny (Dz. Urz. UE L 269 z 10.10.2013, str. 1, z późn. zm.3)Zmiany wymienionego rozporządzenia zostały ogłoszone w Dz. Urz. UE L 287 z 29.10.2013, str. 90, Dz. Urz. UE L 267 z 30.09.2016, str. 2, Dz. Urz.
