U. z 2004 r. poz. 1662, z 2005 r. poz. 2001, z 2006 r. poz. 1777, z 2007 r. poz. 332, z 2008 r. poz. 688, z 2009 r. poz. 300 i 701, z 2010 r. poz. 169 oraz z 2015 r. poz. 2261.) w § 2 w pkt 1 w tabeli lp. 4 i 5 otrzymują brzmienie: Przepisy rozporządzenia stosuje się do ustalania wysokości wynagrodzenia Rzecznika Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorców oraz zastępcy Rzecznika Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorców od dnia ich powołania. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
