U. poz. 535) w § 7 ust. 3 otrzymuje brzmienie: Funkcjonariusz przyjęty do służby w SWW i posiadający co najmniej stopień wojskowy kaprala (mata), stopień sierżanta Policji, stopień kaprala (mata) Straży Granicznej, stopień kaprala Służby Ochrony Państwa, stopień sekcyjnego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej, stopień kaprala Służby Więziennej, stopień kaprala Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego, stopień kaprala Agencji Wywiadu lub stopień kaprala Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego może zostać zwolniony z obowiązku odbycia szkolenia. Przepis § 6 ust. 1 stosuje się odpowiednio. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
