Środki finansowe, o których mowa w § 1, przeznacza się dla: zakładowych straży pożarnych - w kwocie 38 000 zł; ochotniczych straży pożarnych - w kwocie 83 912 000 zł. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
