Zaniechanie, o którym mowa w § 1, ma zastosowanie do dochodów (przychodów) uzyskanych od dnia 1 marca 2018 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2018 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
