U. z 2017 r. poz. 1414 i 2111 oraz z 2018 r. poz. 650, 915 i 1717) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Krajowej Rady Radiofonii i Telewizji z dnia 27 kwietnia 2011 r. w sprawie szczegółowego sposobu i trybu prowadzenia rejestru programów telewizyjnych rozpowszechnianych wyłącznie w systemie teleinformatycznym i programów rozprowadzanych (Dz. U. poz. 603) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 7 ust. 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: Księga rejestrowa programów rozprowadzanych prowadzona jest dla każdego operatora rozprowadzającego programy, zwanego dalej „operatorem”. w § 8: ust. 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: Zgłoszenie o dokonanie wpisu do rejestru programów rozprowadzanych może złożyć wyłącznie operator. w ust. 3 uchyla się pkt 3; załącznik nr 3 do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszego rozporządzenia; załącznik nr 4 do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku nr 2 do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Do postępowań wszczętych i niezakończonych przed dniem wejścia w życie rozporządzenia będą miały zastosowanie przepisy dotychczasowe.
