§ 2. Na podstawie art. 208 ust. 5 ustawy z dnia 21 listopada 1967 r. o powszechnym obowiązku obrony Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (Dz. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 stycznia 2019 r.
