U. poz. 273 i 2394) załączniki nr 8 i 16 do rozporządzenia otrzymują brzmienie określone odpowiednio w załącznikach nr 1 i 2 do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Wzory deklaracji określone w załącznikach nr 8 i 16 do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, stosuje się począwszy od rozliczenia za styczeń 2019 r. Do dnia 30 czerwca 2019 r. mogą być składane za pomocą środków komunikacji elektronicznej deklaracje sporządzone według wzorów określonych w załącznikach nr 8 i 16 do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu dotychczasowym, z wyłączeniem deklaracji składanych przez podmioty korzystające ze zwolnienia od podatku akcyzowego, o którym mowa w art. 30 ust. 7a ustawy z dnia 6 grudnia 2008 r. o podatku akcyzowym.
