U. poz. 2489) w § 2: w ust. 1: wprowadzenie do wyliczenia otrzymuje brzmienie: Funkcjonariuszowi Służby Celno-Skarbowej, zwanemu dalej „funkcjonariuszem”, który w związku z pełnieniem służby nabył w danym roku kalendarzowym prawo do urlopu wypoczynkowego, małżonkowi funkcjonariusza oraz dzieciom własnym funkcjonariusza, dzieciom małżonka funkcjonariusza, jak również dzieciom przysposobionym i dzieciom przyjętym na wychowanie przez funkcjonariusza lub małżonka funkcjonariusza: pkt 3 otrzymuje brzmienie: bez względu na wiek, jeżeli są osobami całkowicie niezdolnymi do pracy albo całkowicie niezdolnymi do pracy oraz do samodzielnej egzystencji, albo niezdolnymi do samodzielnej egzystencji w ust. 2 wyrazy „całkowitą niezdolność do wykonywania pracy” zastępuje się wyrazami „całkowitą niezdolność do pracy albo całkowitą niezdolność do pracy i niezdolność do samodzielnej egzystencji, albo niezdolność do samodzielnej egzystencji”; w ust. 5 wyraz „0,144” zastępuje się wyrazem „0,263”.
