U. poz. 1273 oraz z 2008 r. poz. 755) załącznik otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Stawki dodatku za posiadany przez funkcjonariusza Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego stopień służbowy w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia, o którym mowa w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługują funkcjonariuszom Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego od dnia 1 stycznia 2018 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
