Traci moc rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 kwietnia 2009 r. w sprawie wielokrotności kwoty bazowej stanowiącej przeciętne uposażenie funkcjonariuszy Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego (Dz. U. poz. 611). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
