U. z 2018 r. poz. 1516 i 1669) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 25 września 2006 r. w sprawie dodatków do uposażenia funkcjonariuszy Służby Kontrwywiadu Wojskowego (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 200) w § 3 po ust. 4 dodaje się ust. 4a w brzmieniu: Dodatek służbowy może być ustalony w wysokości wyższej na czas określony w związku z powierzeniem funkcjonariuszowi na ten czas nowych lub dodatkowych zadań albo obowiązków służbowych na innym stanowisku, a także gdy nastąpiła inna istotna zmiana warunków służby wymagająca większego zaangażowania funkcjonariusza w wykonywanie zadań albo obowiązków służbowych, z tym że wysokość dodatku służbowego ustalonego na czas określony nie może być wyższa niż 75% otrzymywanego przez funkcjonariusza uposażenia zasadniczego i dodatku za stopień. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
