U. poz. 795, z 2016 r. poz. 914 oraz z 2018 r. poz. 686) w załączniku nr 1 do rozporządzenia w tabeli wprowadza się następujące zmiany: uchyla się lp. 3 i 6; lp. 8 otrzymuje brzmienie: uchyla się lp. 10 i 11; lp. 12 otrzymuje brzmienie: Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
