Obszar ochrony uzdrowiskowej, o którym mowa w ust. 1, otrzymuje nazwę „Obszar Ochrony Uzdrowiskowej Kazimierza Wielka”. Granice „Obszaru Ochrony Uzdrowiskowej Kazimierza Wielka” obejmują miasto Kazimierza Wielka oraz sołectwa: Cudzynowice, Donosy i Słonowice, położone na obszarze gminy Kazimierza Wielka. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
