Miesięczne stawki wynagrodzenia zasadniczego określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia mają zastosowanie do wynagrodzeń należnych od dnia 1 stycznia 2019 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
