U. z 2018 r. poz. 428 i 1178 oraz z 2019 r. poz. 225), w brzmieniu obowiązującym przed dniem 4 lipca 2018 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
