U. poz. 1085) w § 6 pkt 7 otrzymuje brzmienie: datę sporządzenia zapotrzebowania, imię, nazwisko oraz podpis osoby upoważnionej do reprezentowania podmiotu zamawiającego. Do zapotrzebowań, o których mowa w § 6 rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, sporządzonych do dnia wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy dotychczasowe. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
