Rejestr czynników szkodliwych dla zdrowia występujących na stanowisku pracy prowadzony według wzoru określonego w załączniku nr 1 do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1 pracodawca może prowadzić według dotychczasowego wzoru. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
