U. z 2013 r. poz. 862) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 1 pkt 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: jednostka organizacyjna - jednostkę organizacyjną, o której mowa w statucie Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego; w § 3 w ust. 2 pkt 6 otrzymuje brzmienie: skierowania na przeszkolenie do Centralnego Ośrodka Szkolenia i Edukacji Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego, kursy organizowane przez jednostki organizacyjne Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego oraz inne służby, Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
