U. z 2013 r. poz. 961) w § 2 ust. 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: Szkolenia organizuje i prowadzi Centralny Ośrodek Szkolenia i Edukacji ABW, zwany dalej „COS”. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
