U. z 2014 r. poz. 46) w § 6 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: W przypadku skierowania funkcjonariusza na obowiązkowe szkolenie podstawowe opinię służbową, o której mowa w § 4 ust. 2 pkt 1, sporządza kierownik komórki organizacyjnej Centralnego Ośrodka Szkolenia i Edukacji Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego właściwej w sprawach szkolenia. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
