U. z 2019 r. poz. 1171) zarządza się, co następuje: Tworzy się Ministerstwo Rozwoju w drodze przekształcenia dotychczasowego Ministerstwa Przedsiębiorczości i Technologii. Przekształcenie, o którym mowa w ust. 1, polega na włączeniu do dotychczasowego Ministerstwa Przedsiębiorczości i Technologii, obsługującego sprawy działu gospodarka, komórek organizacyjnych: dotychczasowego Ministerstwa Inwestycji i Rozwoju obsługujących sprawy działu budownictwo, planowanie i zagospodarowanie przestrzenne oraz mieszkalnictwo oraz pracowników obsługujących sprawy tego działu; dotychczasowego Ministerstwa Sportu i Turystyki obsługujących sprawy działu turystyka oraz pracowników obsługujących sprawy tego działu. Traci moc rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 11 stycznia 2018 r. w sprawie utworzenia Ministerstwa Przedsiębiorczości i Technologii (Dz. U. poz. 102). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem ogłoszenia, z mocą od dnia 15 listopada 2019 r.
