Urz. UE L 279 z 31.10.2019, str. 23). Na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 21 października 2016 r. o umowie koncesji na roboty budowlane lub usługi (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 1528, 1655 i 2020) zarządza się, co następuje: Ogłoszenia dotyczące umów koncesji na roboty budowlane lub usługi przekazuje się Urzędowi Publikacji Unii Europejskiej, jeżeli wartość tych umów jest równa lub przekracza kwotę 5 350 000 euro stanowiącą równowartość kwoty 22 840 755 zł. Do postępowań o zawarcie umowy koncesji na roboty budowlane lub usługi wszczętych i niezakończonych przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia stosuje się przepisy dotychczasowe. Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Rozwoju i Finansów z dnia 22 grudnia 2017 r. w sprawie określenia kwot wartości umów koncesji, od których uzależniony jest obowiązek przekazywania ogłoszeń Urzędowi Publikacji Unii Europejskiej (Dz. U. poz. 2478). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 stycznia 2020 r.
