U. z 2017 r. poz. 1173, z 2018 r. poz. 335, 985, 1001 i 1948, z 2019 r. poz. 1324 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 380.) załącznik nr 3 otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Przepisy rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, stosuje się do wynagrodzenia zasadniczego przysługującego urzędnikom i innym pracownikom sądów i prokuratury, należnego od dnia 1 stycznia 2020 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
