Do zbrodni, do których miał zastosowanie art. 4 ust. 1a ustawy zmienianej w art. 1 w brzmieniu dotychczasowym, stosuje się przepisy ustawy zmienianej w art. 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszą ustawą. Ustawa wchodzi w życie z dniem 31 lipca 2020 r.
