Traci moc rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 16 listopada 2018 r. w sprawie wskazania zakładu psychiatrycznego wykonującego obserwację orzeczoną przez sąd (Dz. U. poz. 2186). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
