Zaniechanie, o którym mowa w § 1, ma zastosowanie do dochodów (przychodów) uzyskanych od dnia 16 stycznia 2020 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2020 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
