Przekształcenie, o którym mowa w ust. 1, polega na włączeniu do dotychczasowego Ministerstwa Rozwoju obsługującego sprawy działów budownictwo, planowanie i zagospodarowanie przestrzenne oraz mieszkalnictwo, gospodarka oraz turystyka komórek organizacyjnych obsługujących sprawy działu praca oraz pracowników obsługujących sprawy tego działu z dotychczasowego Ministerstwa Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej. Traci moc rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 listopada 2019 r. w sprawie utworzenia Ministerstwa Rozwoju (Dz. U. poz. 2291). Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem ogłoszenia, z mocą od dnia 6 października 2020 r.
