U. poz. 1092) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 1 dodaje się ust. 4 w brzmieniu: Jeżeli orzeczenie podlega wykonaniu jako prawomocne, w treści klauzuli wykonalności wskazuje się datę, z jaką orzeczenie się uprawomocniło. po § 2 dodaje się § 2a w brzmieniu: Jeżeli z treści orzeczenia o kosztach procesu nie wynika wprost, od jakiej daty należą się od nich odsetki przyznane na podstawie art. 98 § 11 ustawy z dnia 17 listopada 1964 r. - Kodeks postępowania cywilnego, w treści klauzuli wykonalności wskazuje się tę datę. Przepisy § 1 ust. 4 i § 2a rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1 stosuje się do klauzul wykonalności nadawanych po dniu wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
