§ 2. Na podstawie art. 98z ustawy z dnia 21 listopada 1967 r. o powszechnym obowiązku obrony Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (Dz. U. poz. 465 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 1571) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: uchyla się § 4; w § 8: ust. 1 otrzymuje brzmienie: Powołanie do służby następuje w pierwszym dniu, w którym w danej jednostce wojskowej ustalono termin obowiązkowego pełnienia służby rotacyjnie, o którym mowa w art. 98m ust. 2 ustawy. ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: W przypadku osób, które wcześniej nie pełniły czynnej służby wojskowej i nie złożyły przysięgi wojskowej, powołanie następuje raz na kwartał. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
