Wynagrodzenie zasadnicze kuratorów zawodowych oraz aplikantów kuratorskich ustalone przy zastosowaniu mnożników kwoty bazowej w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, przysługuje kuratorom zawodowym oraz aplikantom kuratorskim od dnia 1 stycznia 2020 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie pierwszego dnia miesiąca następującego po miesiącu ogłoszenia.
