Urz. UE L 241 z 17.09.2015, str. 1). Na podstawie art. 132 ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 16 lipca 2004 r. - Prawo telekomunikacyjne (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 2460 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 374, 695 i 875) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Cyfryzacji z dnia 7 października 2019 r. w sprawie wymagań technicznych i eksploatacyjnych dla odbiorników cyfrowych (Dz. U. poz. 2125 i 2336 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 1446) pkt 14 załącznika do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie: Telewizja hybrydowa (HbbTV) Jeżeli odbiornik cyfrowy posiada możliwość podłączenia do Internetu, to umożliwia wykorzystywanie HbbTV co najmniej w wersji 2.0.1 zgodnie ze specyfikacją techniczną ETSI TS 102 796 [18]. HbbTV jest aktywna domyślnie w momencie zakupu odbiornika cyfrowego. Wymagane jest, aby użytkownik mógł łatwo włączać i wyłączać HbbTV. Odbiornik cyfrowy umożliwiający wykorzystanie HbbTV poprawnie odbiera i wykonuje aplikacje programowe (w ramach API) zgodne z HbbTV według specyfikacji technicznej ETSI TS 102 796 [18]. Wymagania, o których mowa w § 1, stosuje się od dnia 1 stycznia 2021 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 7 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
