U. z 2020 r. poz. 443) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Rady Ministrów z dnia 4 września 2015 r. w sprawie Polskiej Klasyfikacji Wyrobów i Usług (PKWiU) (Dz. U. poz. 1676, z 2017 r. poz. 2453, z 2018 r. poz. 2440 oraz z 2019 r. poz. 2554) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 3 w pkt 1 wyrazy „do dnia 31 marca 2020 r.” zastępuje się wyrazami „do dnia 30 czerwca 2020 r.”; po § 3 dodaje się § 3a w brzmieniu: Do celów opodatkowania podatkiem od towarów i usług w zakresie przypadków, o których mowa w art. 113 ust. 13 pkt 1 lit. f i lit. g ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 106), załączniku nr 15 do tej ustawy oraz w przepisach wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 111 ust. 8 tej ustawy, Polską Klasyfikację Wyrobów i Usług wprowadzoną rozporządzeniem Rady Ministrów z dnia 29 października 2008 r. w sprawie Polskiej Klasyfikacji Wyrobów i Usług (PKWiU) stosuje się do dnia 31 grudnia 2020 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 31 marca 2020 r., z wyjątkiem § 1 pkt 2, który wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 lipca 2020 r.
