U. poz. 1871, z 2016 r. poz. 1325, z 2017 r. poz. 1075 i 2143 oraz z 2019 r. poz. 1985) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: w § 2 pkt 9 otrzymuje brzmienie: minister właściwy do spraw aktywów państwowych - w odniesieniu do przedsiębiorców wymienionych w części IX załącznika do rozporządzenia; w załączniku do rozporządzenia: w części VI uchyla się pkt 6, w części IX wprowadzenie do wyliczenia otrzymuje brzmienie: Minister właściwy do spraw aktywów państwowych: Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
