U. z 2019 r. poz. 2277) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Sportu i Turystyki z dnia 18 grudnia 2015 r. w sprawie przekazywania środków z Funduszu Zajęć Sportowych dla Uczniów (Dz. U. poz. 2222) w § 8 w ust. 1 uchyla się pkt 16. W przypadku zajęć realizowanych na podstawie umów zawartych przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia oraz do rozliczania dofinansowania w tym zakresie stosuje się przepisy dotychczasowe. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 7 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
