U. poz. 77) po § 4 dodaje się § 4a w brzmieniu: Minister Obrony Narodowej może z własnej inicjatywy przekazać do dyspozycji dowódcy jednostki wojskowej środki funduszu pozostające w jego dyspozycji z przeznaczeniem na nagrody dla żołnierzy niezawodowych pełniących służbę wojskową w podległych temu dowódcy jednostkach wojskowych. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
