Do spraw z zakresu orzecznictwa lekarskiego w zakresie chorób zawodowych zakaźnych i pasożytniczych wszczętych i niezakończonych do dnia wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia stosuje się § 2 rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
