U. poz. 1249) w § 2 ust. 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Do podmiotów, które we wpisie, o którym mowa w ust. 1 pkt 2, jako oznaczenie przedmiotu wykonywanej działalności gospodarczej mają wskazany kod PKD 93.29.Z i które po wejściu w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia nie złożyły wniosku o zmianę wpisu w Centralnej Ewidencji i Informacji o Działalności Gospodarczej, Krajowym Rejestrze Sądowym lub krajowym rejestrze urzędowym podmiotów gospodarki narodowej, stosuje się przepisy rozporządzenia, o którym mowa w § 1, w brzmieniu dotychczasowym, nie dłużej niż do dnia 31 lipca 2022 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 30 lipca 2021 r.
