U. z 2020 r. poz. 1427, 1492 i 2320 oraz z 2021 r. poz. 11 i 41) zarządza się, co następuje: Określa się wzór: tytułu wykonawczego stosowanego w egzekucji należności pieniężnych, stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do rozporządzenia; tytułu wykonawczego stosowanego w egzekucji obowiązków o charakterze niepieniężnym, stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do rozporządzenia; kolejnego tytułu wykonawczego, stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do rozporządzenia. Wzory tytułów wykonawczych stanowiące załączniki do rozporządzenia, o którym mowa w § 3, mogą być stosowane nie dłużej niż przez 6 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia.
