U. z 2020 r. poz. 194) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego z dnia 5 stycznia 2012 r. w sprawie Medalu „Zasłużony Kulturze Gloria Artis” (Dz. U. poz. 70 oraz z 2020 r. poz. 1952) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: załącznik nr 3 do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszego rozporządzenia; załącznik nr 4 do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku nr 2 do niniejszego rozporządzenia.
