Maksymalny limit wydatków z budżetu państwa będących skutkiem finansowym ustawy wynosi: w 2022 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2023 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2024 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2025 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2026 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2027 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2028 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2029 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2030 r. - 160 600 tys. zł; w 2031 r. - 160 600 tys. zł. Minister właściwy do spraw rozwoju wsi monitoruje przekroczenie limitu wydatków, o którym mowa w ust. 1, oraz w razie potrzeby wdraża mechanizm korygujący. Mechanizm korygujący, o którym mowa w ust. 2, polega na zmniejszeniu stawki zwrotu podatku akcyzowego zawartego w cenie oleju napędowego wykorzystywanego do produkcji rolnej w następnym roku. Ustawa wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 stycznia 2022 r.
