U. z 2020 r. poz. 55, 471 i 1378) zarządza się, co następuje: Wyznacza się specjalny obszar ochrony siedlisk Gołobórz (PLH1400282)Kod obszaru został określony zgodnie z aaadecyzją wykonawczą Komisji (UE) 2020/97 z aaadnia 28 listopada 2019 r. w sprawie przyjęcia trzynastego zaktualizowanego wykazu terenów mających znaczenie dla Wspólnoty składających się na kontynentalny region biogeograficzny (notyfikowaną jako dokument nr C(2019) 8586) (Dz. Urz. UE L 28 z 31.01.2020, str. 144).), obejmujący obszar 186,53 ha, położony w województwie mazowieckim. Granica obszaru, o którym mowa w ust. 1, w postaci wykazu współrzędnych punktów załamania granicy, jest określona w załączniku nr 1 do rozporządzenia. Mapa obszaru, o którym mowa w § 1, jest określona w załączniku nr 2 do rozporządzenia. Obszar, o którym mowa w § 1, wyznacza się w celu: trwałej ochrony siedlisk przyrodniczych lub odtworzenia właściwego stanu ochrony siedlisk przyrodniczych - w stosunku do przedmiotów ochrony. Przedmiotem ochrony na obszarze, o którym mowa w § 1, są siedliska przyrodnicze określone w załączniku nr 3 do rozporządzenia.
