Za dokonanie wpisu w rejestrze akcjonariuszy prostej spółki akcyjnej maksymalna stawka wynosi 100 zł. Za udzielenie informacji z rejestru akcjonariuszy, o której mowa w art. 30035 § 3 ustawy z dnia 15 września 2000 r. - Kodeks spółek handlowych (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 1526 i 2320), maksymalna stawka wynosi 50 zł. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 1 lipca 2021 r.
