§ 2. Na podstawie art. 95 § 6 ustawy z dnia 24 sierpnia 2001 r. - Kodeks postępowania w sprawach o wykroczenia (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 281)”, „u.o.z.t. - ustawę z dnia 9 listopada 1995 r. o ochronie zdrowia przed następstwami używania tytoniu i wyrobów tytoniowych (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 276)”. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
