U. z 2020 r. poz. 1319) zarządza się, co następuje: W rozporządzeniu Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 5 listopada 2020 r. w sprawie przedterminowych wyborów wójta gminy Tarnowiec w województwie podkarpackim (Dz. U. poz. 1967 i 2240 oraz z 2021 r. poz. 123 i 607) wprowadza się następujące zmiany: § 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: Datę przedterminowych wyborów wyznacza się na niedzielę 13 czerwca 2021 r. w załączniku do rozporządzenia wiersze oznaczone lp. 11-14 otrzymują brzmienie: Wojewoda niezwłocznie po wejściu w życie rozporządzenia podaje do publicznej wiadomości, w formie obwieszczenia, terminy wykonania czynności wyborczych ustalone niniejszym rozporządzeniem. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 4 maja 2021 r.
