Pomoc de minimis może być udzielana za pośrednictwem Centrum do końca okresu 6 miesięcy, o którym mowa w art. 7 ust. 4 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 1407/2013, w związku z art. 8 zdanie drugie tego rozporządzenia. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem 30 czerwca 2021 r.
