U. poz. 1030) w § 5 po ust. 2 dodaje się ust. 2a w brzmieniu: Zgoda na czasowe przejście przez strefę zamkniętą nr S-9 może być udzielona: statkom rybackim posiadającym specjalne zezwolenie połowowe wydane na obszar Zalewu Wiślanego - wyłącznie w celu wykonywania rybołówstwa w tej strefie; jednostkom pływającym w żegludze międzynarodowej - wyłącznie w celu uprawiania tej żeglugi na wyznaczonej trasie przepływu. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
