Wkładki do legitymacji służbowej wydane przed dniem wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia podlegają zwrotowi Komendantowi Biura Spraw Wewnętrznych Policji, za pośrednictwem komórki organizacyjnej Biura Spraw Wewnętrznych Policji właściwej do spraw kadr, w terminie 90 dni od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszego rozporządzenia.
