U. poz. 1568 oraz z 2022 r. poz. 1362) w § 6 w ust. 1 pkt 2 otrzymuje brzmienie: jeżeli w bieżącym roku obrotowym koszty utrzymania lokali mieszkalnych ponoszone przez dany oddział regionalny Agencji odbiegają o ponad 5% od kosztów przyjętych do kalkulacji obowiązującej stawki opłat, z wyłączeniem sytuacji osób, o których mowa w § 3 ust. 6, § 4 ust. 6 oraz § 5 ust. 3. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie z dniem następującym po dniu ogłoszenia.
