U. z 2016 r. poz. 842 oraz z 2021 r. poz. 1684) załącznik do rozporządzenia otrzymuje brzmienie określone w załączniku do niniejszego rozporządzenia. Stawki uposażenia zasadniczego w wysokości określonej w załączniku do rozporządzenia zmienianego w § 1, w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporządzeniem, stosuje się przy ustalaniu wysokości uposażeń należnych funkcjonariuszom Centralnego Biura Antykorupcyjnego od dnia 1 stycznia 2022 r. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
